Capital Lux is a tactical card game featuring painted art by American artist Kwanchai Moriya. Play citizens into your hometown for points, or into the common Capital to benefit from their unique abilities. But beware: At the end of the round, the value of the citizens in your hometown should not exceed that in the Capital.
